In Munich, in order to legally fish, you would need two important documents a fishing license, which is not obtainable in a short term, and a fishing permit.

5 min walk is a small but well-selected local supermarket called “Feinkost Frank” where you can buy all staple, some very good local specialities and spirits to bring back home. 15 min walk is a supermarket called “Nah und Gut”. About 3 km away is the next-door town Saulgrub with the V-Market, wholesale, drinks, gassoline etc.
